Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons hot water
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip macadamia cranberry cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in the hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, nuts and cranberries. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes until golden brown.
