Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
    hot water
  • 1 c
    chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    dark chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cranberry Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in the hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, nuts and cranberries. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes until golden brown.
