chocolate chip cookies (passover)

Not sure where this recipe came from but it's a family favorite during Passover. Super easy and super delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margerine
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup cake meal
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip cookies (passover)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix potato starch, cake meal, baking soda, & salt.
  • Step 2
    Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly add the dry mixture to the batter. Mix with beater on slow speed until combined. Batter should be sticky.
  • Step 3
    Add chocolate chips and mix into batter. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly browned. Let cool, and serve.
