Not sure where this recipe came from but it's a family favorite during Passover. Super easy and super delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margerine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cake meal
- 1 cup potato starch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip cookies (passover)

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix potato starch, cake meal, baking soda, & salt.

Step 2Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly add the dry mixture to the batter. Mix with beater on slow speed until combined. Batter should be sticky.

Step 3Add chocolate chips and mix into batter. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly browned. Let cool, and serve.
