Not sure where this recipe came from but it's a family favorite during Passover. Super easy and super delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter or margerine
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    cake meal
  • 1 c
    potato starch
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies (Passover)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix potato starch, cake meal, baking soda, & salt.
  2. Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly add the dry mixture to the batter. Mix with beater on slow speed until combined. Batter should be sticky.
  3. Add chocolate chips and mix into batter. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly browned. Let cool, and serve.
