How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies (Passover)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix potato starch, cake meal, baking soda, & salt.
- Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly add the dry mixture to the batter. Mix with beater on slow speed until combined. Batter should be sticky.
- Add chocolate chips and mix into batter. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly browned. Let cool, and serve.
