Everyone LOVES this recipe so this is THE recipe that says "I love you." The secret is in the chocolate and love I put into them while baking.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats, quick-cooking
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 ounces pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

How To Make chewy chocolate pumpkin cookies

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon and oats.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl cream butter, pumpkin and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add Vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Slowly add in flour mixture, just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Eat at LEAST one while still warm.
