Everyone LOVES this recipe so this is THE recipe that says "I love you." The secret is in the chocolate and love I put into them while baking.

Ingredients
- 3 cups oats, quick-cooking
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 2 large egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounces pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
How To Make chewy chocolate pumpkin cookies

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon and oats.

Step 2In a large bowl cream butter, pumpkin and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add Vanilla.

Step 3Slowly add in flour mixture, just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Eat at LEAST one while still warm.
