While watching the news one night, it featured a story of a woman who had just won 2nd place in a national contest with this recipe. I gave it this name to distinguish it from all other recipes I had. It is by far, the best recipe I have ever tried. The milk chocolate gives the best flavour. The low baking temperature is what makes them chewy. This can be done with most cookie recipes. I have added alterations I use for making raisin spice, (my husband's favourite) or triple chocolate. I make 1 1/2 times this recipe for my stand mixer.
