cake mix cookies
These cookies are very versatile, for the holidays instead of peanut butter chips I added dried cherries and white chocolate chips. I also did a chocolate mint version with Andes candies bits. I've also made these with yellow cake mix for plain chocolate chip cookies. Just make sure your butter isn't to warm, otherwise the cookies have a "glossy" look to them, if using a yellow mix.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes cake mix, devils food
- 4 - eggs
- 4 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
How To Make cake mix cookies

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In medium sized mixing bowl add 1 Package cake mix, eggs, butter and vanilla, Mix on medium speed for two minutes or until all ingredients are blended.

Step 3Add chips and 2nd package of cake mix and mix by hand. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms of cookies are set.
