Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    butter, unsalted softened
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    eggs, large
  • 1 1/2 c
    cadbury mini eggs

How to Make Cadbury Mini Egg Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine flour, salt, baking soda in one bowl. In a large bowl, combine both sugars, vanilla, and butter.
  3. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in dry ingredients. Dough should be nice and soft.
  4. Chop mini eggs in half with knife, mix into dough.
  5. Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet and bake 9-10min at 375 F.
