This recipe came from my first husband's aunt. It is easy and good. It is almost like a candy.

Ingredients For butterscotch pudding no bake cookies

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 box
    3 oz. instant butterscotch pudding
  • 3 1/2 c
    quick cooking oats

How To Make butterscotch pudding no bake cookies

  • 1
    Combine 1st three ingredients in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and add pudding mix. Stir to combine.

    Add quick oats, mix thoroughly and let cool for 15 minutes.
  • 4
    Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper and let cool and set.

    Refrigerate cookies.
