- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 box 3 oz. instant butterscotch pudding
- 3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
How To Make butterscotch pudding no bake cookies

Step 1Combine 1st three ingredients in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.

Step 2Remove from heat and add pudding mix. Stir to combine.

Step 3Add quick oats, mix thoroughly and let cool for 15 minutes.

Step 4Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper and let cool and set.

Step 5Refrigerate cookies.
