boyfriend cookies
These cookies were named the "Boyfriend cookies" from my best friends Mom (may she rest in peace) because I refused to give out the recipe and her Mom said "Hey! set her up with a Boyfriend, tell him to get her recipe then he can dump her once he gets her secret" We laughed for days over this little Italian innocent women going through such thoughts to get my recipe. Enjoy these delicious cookies..trust me they are a huge hit anytime I make them people ask me for the recipe!

Ingredients For boyfriend cookies

2 pkggraham crackers
-
2 sticki can't believe it's not butter
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/2 csugar
-
2 cchopped walnuts
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
coconut
-
milk chocolate

white chocolate
How To Make boyfriend cookies

1Separate graham crackers into single pieces and place on a non stick cookie sheet (Use 2 pkgs that come inside the box) -
2In a saucepan melt butter and add vanilla..slowly add sugar while stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture become frothy and bubbly. Remove from heat and add chopped nuts to butter mixture.

3Using a teaspoon, scoop 1 tsp of mixture onto each graham cracker. Sprinkle with Shredded coconut and bake at 350 for 7 minutes or until golden brown.

4Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 minute stir then drizzle over cookie until cookie is covered. Repeat same with White chocolate.
