This was given to me by a friend and I love anything with blueberries and cream cheese!

Ingredients

  • 2 box
    blueberry muffin mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 c
    vanilla or white chocolate chips

How to Make Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Cream together butter, cream cheese, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Combine muffin mix with the butter mixture and mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  2. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 14-15 minutes or until just turning brown around the edges.
  4. Cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack until completely cooled.
