This was given to me by a friend and I love anything with blueberries and cream cheese!

Ingredients

2 boxes blueberry muffin mix
2 - eggs
1 stick butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups vanilla or white chocolate chips

How To Make blueberry cheesecake cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter, cream cheese, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Combine muffin mix with the butter mixture and mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.

Step 2

Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 3

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 14-15 minutes or until just turning brown around the edges.
Step 4

Cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack until completely cooled.
