Ingredients
- 2 boxes blueberry muffin mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla or white chocolate chips
How To Make blueberry cheesecake cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter, cream cheese, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Combine muffin mix with the butter mixture and mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.

Step 2Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 3Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 14-15 minutes or until just turning brown around the edges.

Step 4Cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack until completely cooled.
