This makes lots of cookies depending on size. I usually get over 60 cookies as I like them on the small size. Flavor is great, moist and chewy. Feel free to add walnuts any chips you like.

2 (3.4oz) boxinstant vanilla pudding

1Sift flour, salt and baking soda, set aside

2Using electric mixer, cream together soft butter and all sugars, until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes

3Beat in Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix until combined Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla beat low until incorporated

4Blend in flour mixture, stir in chocolate chips. Place in large bowl or container and refrigerate over night.

5Preheat oven to 350 degrees, drop by rounded tablespoon or whatever size you like. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
