This makes lots of cookies depending on size. I usually get over 60 cookies as I like them on the small size. Flavor is great, moist and chewy. Feel free to add walnuts any chips you like.

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups butter softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup white sugar
2 (3.4oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding
4 - eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

How To Make best chocolate chip cookies ever

Step 1

Sift flour, salt and baking soda, set aside

Step 2

Using electric mixer, cream together soft butter and all sugars, until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes
Step 3

Beat in Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix until combined Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla beat low until incorporated
Step 4

Blend in flour mixture, stir in chocolate chips. Place in large bowl or container and refrigerate over night.
Step 5

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, drop by rounded tablespoon or whatever size you like. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
