Ingredients For aunt wilma's dish pan cookies

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    vegetable oil (or butter, softened - recommended)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    corn flakes
  • 1- 1.5 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 can
    dates or nuts (optional)

How To Make aunt wilma's dish pan cookies

    In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients to include flour, soda, salt, corn flakes, oats,coconut and nuts. Set aside.

    In separate bowl cream together sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil (or butter), vanilla. Add eggs one at time, mixing well after each addition.

    Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients blending well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
