1/2 cpowdered sugar
1 can(s)(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg(6 ounces) almond brickle bits
1 cchopped pecans
How to Make Almond Pecan Bars
- CRUST: In large bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press firmly on bottom of ungreased 13 X 9 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- FILLING: In large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla.
Stir in almond brickle bits and nuts.
Spread evenly over hot crust.
Continue baking for 25 to 28 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool; refrigerate until firm, 2 to 3 hours.
Cut into bars.
Store, covered in refrigerator.
