Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pound almond paste
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- - slivered almonds
How To Make almond cookies

Step 1In mixer, beat almond paste until it breaks down and isn't in chunks. Add flour, sugar, and eggs (Mixture looks grainy but that's good!)

Step 2Wet hands, and roll mixture into balls, and then roll in almonds. (Messy, but worth the effort)

Step 3Place on parchment paper, and bake 350 for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove to cooling rack while warm.
