Made this last night for my husband and it was a winner! who doesn't love chocolate

method Refrigerate/Freeze
yield 4 to 5 depending how big or small you make them

Ingredients

  • 1 bag semi chocolate chips
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup strong coffee

How To Make pots de creme

  • Step 1
    put the chocolate chips in a blender along with eggs , salt and vanilla
  • Step 2
    start the blender going open up the top of it and slowly pour the coffee in until all blended up good
  • Step 3
    then pour in your ramekins and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to set. then top off with whip cream and enjoy
