Made this last night for my husband and it was a winner! who doesn't love chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 bag semi chocolate chips
- 4 - eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup strong coffee
How To Make pots de creme

Step 1put the chocolate chips in a blender along with eggs , salt and vanilla

Step 2start the blender going open up the top of it and slowly pour the coffee in until all blended up good

Step 3then pour in your ramekins and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to set. then top off with whip cream and enjoy
