3/4 cbrown sugar, lightly packed
12 ozchocolate morsels, melted
2 tspinstant coffee powder
1 tsprum extract, or dark rum
1 cchopped pecans
1/2 cflaked coconut
1unbaked pie shell
How to Make Ochoa Rios Pecan Fudge Pie
- Make you pie crust. Set aside.
- Make the fudge filling. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add melted chocolate, coffee powder and rum. Stir in flour, pecans and coconut.
- Pour into your unbanked pie shell.. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
