mmm mmm brownies
A friend of mine in an online game passed me this recipe and it is soo good and delicious the kids ask me to make them nearly every day! I always wind up having to make a double batch otherwise they'd all be gone in a day!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil, butter or margarine (imperial stick margarine seems to work best but let it soften!!!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweet cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
How To Make mmm mmm brownies

Step 1Preheat Oven 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 pan. I usually use the butter/margarine wrapper for this. DO NOT FLOUR THE PAN.

Step 2Cream together oil/butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs.

Step 3Slowly add in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and mix til well blended and smooth.

Step 4Spread evenly in pan and let bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges pull apart from pan. Cool on wire rack before cutting into squares.

Step 5NOTES FOR TOASTER OVEN COOKING!! Same oven temperature of 350 degrees F BUT it takes around 40-50 minutes to finish cooking!
