Kahlua Hot Chocolate
2 cmilk (i used 2%)
2 Tbspgranulated sugar
1 1/2 Tbspdutch-process unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tspground cinnamon
1 pinchground nutmeg
1 ozkahlua coffee liqueur
1 smallhandful miniature marshmallows, for serving
1 Tbspcaramel ice cream topping, for serving
1 Tbspchocolate syrup, for serving
How to Make Kahlua Hot Chocolate
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and nutmeg over medium heat until heated through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coffee liqueur.
- Top with mini marshmallows, and drizzle caramel topping and chocolate syrup over marshmallows, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
