Just a pinch of cayenne pepper and sea salt, makes this 9x13 inch pan of brownies so good!! So chocolaty they don't need any frosting!!

Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 3 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
How To Make fiesta brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* Butter or spray a 9x13 inch pan. Line pan with parchment paper,leaving a 1 inch overhang on 2 sides.

Step 2Melt butter and stir in cocoa powder till smooth. In a large bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Stir in cocoa and butter mixture.

Step 3Add eggs to mixture beating until just combined. Stir in vanilla. Mix in flour with salt, until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 4Pour into pan and bake 35-40 min. cool on wire rack.. (p.s.) they will cut easier if you place cooled brownies in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour or so... Enjoy!
