2 Tbspgranulated gelatin
3 Tbspcold water
How to Make Chocolate Pudding
- Soak the gelatin in the cold water for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put milk and chocolate in a double boiler. When the milk has reached the scalding point; beat the mixture with a whisk until smooth. Add sugar, salt and soaked gelatin.
- As soon as the gelatin has dissolved; strain mixture into a mold which has first been dipped in cold water. Chill, remove from mold, and cover with your choice of sauce.
