Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 1 1/2 - chocolate, unsweetened squares
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
How To Make chocolate pudding

Step 1Soak the gelatin in the cold water for 10 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, put milk and chocolate in a double boiler. When the milk has reached the scalding point; beat the mixture with a whisk until smooth. Add sugar, salt and soaked gelatin.

Step 3As soon as the gelatin has dissolved; strain mixture into a mold which has first been dipped in cold water. Chill, remove from mold, and cover with your choice of sauce.
