1/3 cup evap milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter, melted

How To Make chocolate love brownies

Step 1

mix the sugar, butter, eggs, choc syrup, and flour. pour into greased 9 by 13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 2

frosting: melt butter, add sugar, evap milk until smooth then add choc chips. pour hot over brownies
