These pancakes are good for anytime. I've made them for supper, for dessert and for breakfast. Kids love them!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 large
    ripe banana, diced
  • 1/2 c
    mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans, optional

How to Make Children's anytime pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat milk, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Make a well in dry ingredients, stir or whisk in wet ingredients. Fold in banana, chocolate chips and pecans.
  3. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan, cook until little bubbles form. Flip pancake over and cook until light brown. Pour on the syrup!!
