These pancakes are good for anytime. I've made them for supper, for dessert and for breakfast. Kids love them!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large ripe banana, diced
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional

How To Make children's anytime pancakes

  • Step 1
    In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat milk, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Make a well in dry ingredients, stir or whisk in wet ingredients. Fold in banana, chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Step 3
    Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan, cook until little bubbles form. Flip pancake over and cook until light brown. Pour on the syrup!!
