These pancakes are good for anytime. I've made them for supper, for dessert and for breakfast. Kids love them!

Ingredients

1 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
3/4 c
milk
3 Tbsp
melted butter
2 large
eggs
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 large
ripe banana, diced
1/2 c
mini chocolate chips
1/4 c
chopped pecans, optional

How to Make Children's anytime pancakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat milk, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  • 2Make a well in dry ingredients, stir or whisk in wet ingredients. Fold in banana, chocolate chips and pecans.
  • 3Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan, cook until little bubbles form. Flip pancake over and cook until light brown. Pour on the syrup!!
