children's anytime pancakes
These pancakes are good for anytime. I've made them for supper, for dessert and for breakfast. Kids love them!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large ripe banana, diced
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
How To Make children's anytime pancakes

Step 1In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat milk, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

Step 2Make a well in dry ingredients, stir or whisk in wet ingredients. Fold in banana, chocolate chips and pecans.

Step 3Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan, cook until little bubbles form. Flip pancake over and cook until light brown. Pour on the syrup!!
