How To Make chocolate truffles (brigadeiro)
-
Step 1In a medium size saucepan add condensed milk, chocolate power and butter. Stir well and place on low heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
-
Step 2Turn off heat and place this mixture in a plate sprayed with Pam and it let cool off for about 45 minutes.
-
Step 3With your hands buttered up (don’t overdo it) start making small to medium sized balls. Place them in another plate with the granulated chocolate. Make sure the balls are completely covered with the granulated chocolate.
