Best fudge you will ever eat. The secret is the cheese but you will never taste the cheese in the fudge . I got the recipe about 25 years ago from a lady that I worked with . I made it for my family and friends and did not tell them that it had cheese and they kept saying how great it was . I told them it had Velveeta cheese in it and they could not believe it, it is so creamy. Believe me it is to die for!!!

Makes about 6 lbs of fudge
Ingredients
- 1 lb - velveeta cheese
- 1 lb - butter
- 4 lbs - powder sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups pecans, in pieces
How To Make velveeta cheese fudge

Step 1Melt cheese and butter together

Step 2Take melted cheese mixture off stove set aside add vanilla

Step 3Sift together sugar and coca and add to cheese mixture

Step 4Next add pecans to the remaining mixture and mix all ingredients with hands .

Step 5Spread on greased pans and place in refrigerator to cool

Step 6After the fudge has cooled in the refrigerator over night cut into squares and place in air tight container .

Step 7Keep refrigerated
