Best fudge you will ever eat. The secret is the cheese but you will never taste the cheese in the fudge . I got the recipe about 25 years ago from a lady that I worked with . I made it for my family and friends and did not tell them that it had cheese and they kept saying how great it was . I told them it had Velveeta cheese in it and they could not believe it, it is so creamy. Believe me it is to die for!!!

How to Make Velveeta Cheese Fudge


  1. Melt cheese and butter together
  2. Take melted cheese mixture off stove set aside add vanilla
  3. Sift together sugar and coca and add to cheese mixture
  4. Next add pecans to the remaining mixture and mix all ingredients with hands .
  5. Spread on greased pans and place in refrigerator to cool
  6. After the fudge has cooled in the refrigerator over night cut into squares and place in air tight container .
  7. Keep refrigerated
