Ingredients

  • 7 oz
    jar marshmallow creme
  • 8 oz
    bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 6 oz
    can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    texas pecans halves
  • 1 tsp
    light karo syrup (optional)

How to Make TEXAS PECAN CLUSTERS

Step-by-Step

  1. Place marshmallow cream and semisweet chocolate chips into a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine butter, milk, sugar and (Karo syrup) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes.
  3. Pour over marshmallow and chocolate chips, stir until well blended.
  4. Stir in pecans halves. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
    Top with additional pecan.
