7 ozjar marshmallow creme
8 ozbag semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/4 cgranulated sugar
6 ozcan evaporated milk
2 ctexas pecans halves
1 tsplight karo syrup (optional)
How to Make TEXAS PECAN CLUSTERS
- Place marshmallow cream and semisweet chocolate chips into a large bowl. Set aside.
- Combine butter, milk, sugar and (Karo syrup) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes.
- Pour over marshmallow and chocolate chips, stir until well blended.
- Stir in pecans halves. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
Top with additional pecan.
