~ pecan choco - fudge mint balls
These mint balls are creamy and delicious! If you have anyone who enjoys the flavor of mint in their chocolate they will love this candy. I've often thought it could be spread into a pan and cut as fudge as well. Gram always made hers into balls, but it's the consistency of fudge. I'm guessing you could add just about any flavoring to these and they'd be delicious! Enjoy!
