Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup karo syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
How To Make peanut rolled butter cream eggs

Step 1mix above ingredients by hand....knead until smooth....roll small balls...the size of walnuts....then shape into egg shape...put in the fridge till stiffen.....dip in melted chocolate and roll in crushed peanuts...I use dry roasted....
