Ingredients

1/2 cup softened,butter
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup crushed, pretzels
2 cups chocolate chips, milk chocolate is what i use
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

How To Make ~ peanut butter & pretzel balls ~

Step 1

In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in confectioners sugar until combined. Stir in crushed pretzels. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on a waxed paper lined sheet pan. Refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm, about 1 hour. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and oil. Stir to combine. Dip each ball into the chocolate, and place on waxed paper and chill. Decorate as you please.
