Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    softened,butter
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    crushed, pretzels
  • 2 c
    chocolate chips, milk chocolate is what i use
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vegetable oil

How to Make ~ Peanut Butter & Pretzel Balls ~

Step-by-Step

  1. In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.
    Beat in confectioners sugar until combined. Stir in crushed pretzels.

    Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on a waxed paper lined sheet pan.

    Refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm, about 1 hour.

    In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and oil. Stir to combine.
    Dip each ball into the chocolate, and place on waxed paper and chill.

    Decorate as you please.
