Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1-small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick butter or margerine
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    Prepare 8x8 cake by lining with wax paper or lightly greasing with butter. In a large sauce pan combine sugar, evap milk and butter.
  • Step 2
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to rolling boil. Boil and stir 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter and vanilla,stir until smooth.Pour into prepared pan and allow to cool about 40 minutes, cut into 1 inch squares with buttered knife.
