How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge
- Prepare 8x8 cake by lining with wax paper or lightly greasing with butter. In a large sauce pan combine sugar, evap milk and butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to rolling boil. Boil and stir 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter and vanilla,stir until smooth.Pour into prepared pan and allow to cool about 40 minutes, cut into 1 inch squares with buttered knife.
