orange jubilee bark
One of my favorite treats growing up was an "orange-sicle", then, later, an Orange Julius. I created this recipe to re-create the taste of those treats. It's great for gift giving or just keep it all for yourself! It will go fast either way!!

How To Make orange jubilee bark
-
Step 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper. Set aside.
-
Step 2In a large, microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips on medium-high for 3-4 minutes, stirring after each 20-30 second interval.
-
Step 3In a separate bowl, melt the orange colored melting wafers in the same manner. Set aside.
-
Step 4Add the cranberries, pecans, orange rind, cookie pieces and marshmallows. Mix well.
