Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained (8 oz.)
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 3 cups flaked coconut
How To Make nana's snowballs

Step 1In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple until combined then fold in 1 cup of the pecans. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2Take out of refrigerator and roll into 1-inch balls; then roll the balls in the coconut. Grease or butter hands for rolling if needed. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3Arrange on a Serving plate, garnish with the extra 1/4 cup chopped pecans and enjoy the smiles!
