This is a recipe that I got from one of my student's parents. I had received this candy as a gift at Christmas. It was so delicious that I begged her for the recipe and here it is! My husband can't stay away from it!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups stick pretzels, broken into thirds
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts (not spanish peanuts - use "party" peanuts)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips (or semisweet chocolate chips)

How To Make mom's pretzel candy

  • Step 1
    Melt chips and peanut butter in microwave, 2 to 4 minutes depending on your oven. Stir together while hot; pour over pretzels and peanuts ASAP and spread mixture out evenly on a greased parchment lined cookie sheet edge to edge.
  • Step 2
    Put in the refrigerator to harden for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Break up into pieces by hand and enjoy!
