My daughter got this recipe from a friend years ago. Everyone in our family loves it. Every one that taste it wants the recipe. It easy to make. You will need to make several batches.

How to Make Microwave Peanut Brittle


  1. Butter large cookie sheet. Set aside
  2. Mix together- well-in a microwaveable bowl the 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup white syrup. Microwave 3 minutes with wax paper on top
  3. Remove-add 6 oz. Raw Peanuts - stir well. Microwave 3 minutes with wax paper on top
  4. Remove-Add 1teaspoon margarine, dash salt, 1tsp. Vanilla. Stir microwave 1min.
  5. Remove- Add 1 tsp. baking soda. Stir and put in buttered cookie sheet. Cool & break apart
