My daughter got this recipe from a friend years ago. Everyone in our family loves it. Every one that taste it wants the recipe. It easy to make. You will need to make several batches.

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1/2 c
white syrup
6 oz
raw peanuts
1 c
butter
1 dash(es)
salt
1 tsp
margarine
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make Microwave Peanut Brittle

Step-by-Step

  • 1Butter large cookie sheet. Set aside
  • 2Mix together- well-in a microwaveable bowl the 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup white syrup. Microwave 3 minutes with wax paper on top
  • 3Remove-add 6 oz. Raw Peanuts - stir well. Microwave 3 minutes with wax paper on top
  • 4Remove-Add 1teaspoon margarine, dash salt, 1tsp. Vanilla. Stir microwave 1min.
  • 5Remove- Add 1 tsp. baking soda. Stir and put in buttered cookie sheet. Cool & break apart
