  • 1 jar(s)
    16 0z creamy peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 8 oz
    baking chocolate, semi-sweet,chopped

How to Make Frozen Peanut Butter Bites


  1. Using electric mixer or whisk, beat the peanut butter and sugar together until smooth and stiff. Beat in Vanilla. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on waxed paper lined sheet tray and put tray in freezer for 1 hour or longer
  2. Add chopped chocolate to a small bowl and set over gently simmering water Stir to melt remove chocolate from heat. With two forks carefully dip the chilled balls 1/2 way into chocolate , let excess drip off , and lay onto waxed paper lined tray
  3. With fork swirl some decorative chocolate across the top of each ball Place in refrigerator for at least 30 min to solidify
  4. Cooks note : if its a hot humid day dust hands in confectioners sugar before rolling the balls
