Ingredients
- 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packages starbucks italian roast via
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make espresso fudge

Step 1In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk, VIA and salt.

Step 2Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread evenly into aluminum foil lined 8 or 9 in. square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

Step 3Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. OR

Step 4Microwave in a 1 quart glass measure with handle, combine chips with sweetened condensed milk, VIA and salt. Cook on 100% power (high) 3 minutes or until melt.

Step 5Stirring after each 1 1/2 min. Stir in remaining ingredients.
