easy turtle cheesecake fudge

This fudge was one of those ones that was too good for it’s own good. I have to sadly admit that I ate my fair share of this one. I decided it was better if I got rid of this as fast as I could. It went with us to Thanksgiving, but even there I couldn’t help myself from snagging a piece every time I walked by the dessert table.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package salt
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream (fluff)
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup caramel baking bits
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make easy turtle cheesecake fudge

  • Step 1
    Combine the chocolate chips, butter, salt, and condensed milk in a saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Heat over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the pudding mix and stir until combined. Stir for another minute while the pudding mix dissolves into the mixture.
  • Step 4
    Add in the marshmallow fluff and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Step 5
    Pour fudge mixture into a wax paper lined 8x8 pan. Refrigerate until set.
  • Step 6
    Remove from refrigerator and cut into small squares.
  • Step 7
    Combine the caramel and water in a small saucepan. Heat until melted.
  • Step 8
    Cool slightly and drizzle over fudge squares. Sprinkle with pecan chips before the caramel hardens.
