Ingredients

2 cups 12 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons shortening
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts

How To Make easy rocky road

Step 1

Butter 8 inch square pan. In large microwave bowl, place chocolate chips, butter, and shortening; microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 5-7 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Add marshmallows and nuts; blend well.

Step 2

Spread evenly into prepared pan. Cover; chill until firm. Cut into 2 inch squares.
