- 3 large jars of manasheno cherries
- 1 quart canning jar with lid and ring
- 2 cups everclear 190.00
- 2 cups melted chocolate for candies
- 1/4 cup juice from cherries

Step 1STEP ONE: DRAIN AND SAVE THE THREE JARS CHERRIES. SAVE THE JUICE. YOU WILL NEED 1/4 CUP OF THE JUICE.

Step 2PLACE CHERRIES IN THE QUART SIZE CANNING JAR. PLACE THE 1/4 CUP JUICE IN THE JAR, COVER WITH EVERCLEAR. SEAL TIGHT PLACE IN COOL DARK PLACE FOR 30 DAYS. TURN JAR UPSIDE DOWN EVERYDAY FOR FIVE DAYS.

Step 3TO MAKE THE DRUNKIN CHERRIES, YOU NEED TO REMOVE 25 OF THE CHERRIES FROM THE MOONSHINE. KEEP THE SHINE TO DRINK OR COOK WITH. DRAIN CHERRIES ON PAPERTOWEL.

Step 4MELT CANDY CHOCOLATE TILL SMOOTH, DIP EACH CHERRY INTO THE CHOCOLATE AND LET DRAIN ON WIRE RACK, RE-DIP TO DOUBLE COAT AND DRAIN. PLACE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER IN FRIDGE.
