1Place 2/3 of the bag of white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until chips are fully melted. Mix remaining chips into melted chocolate and stir until all are melted.
2Put 3-4 drops of food coloring into melted chocolate and stir to tint chocolate green. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir it combine.
3Pour mixture onto baling sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Spread out till about 1/4 inch thick. Let cool until hard. Break into pieces and enjoy.
