Ingredients
- 3 packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 sticks butter (unsalted)
- 1 pint marshmallow fluff
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large can evaporated milk (fat free works well too)
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups walnuts (optional)
How To Make cathys chocolate fudge

Step 1Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2In a sauce pan bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil and make it boil for 12-15 minutes until it gets to the soft ball stage (med high).

Step 3When ready pour hot mixture over the mixture in the large bowl. Stir in a folding motion but make sure to not beat.

Step 4Separate into 2 9x13 greased pans and place in refrigerator to set.

Step 5Note: I try to cut it once it first starts to cool off and set up instead of waiting until it becomes colder. Its easier...
