This is the fudge we make at Christmas time for gift giving. Its yummy! (No nuts added to this one)

Ingredients For cathys chocolate fudge

3 pkgsemi-sweet chocolate chips

2 stickbutter (unsalted)

1 ptmarshmallow fluff
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 lgcan evaporated milk (fat free works well too)

4 1/2 csugar

2 cwalnuts (optional)
How To Make cathys chocolate fudge

1Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

2In a sauce pan bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil and make it boil for 12-15 minutes until it gets to the soft ball stage (med high).

3When ready pour hot mixture over the mixture in the large bowl. Stir in a folding motion but make sure to not beat.

4Separate into 2 9x13 greased pans and place in refrigerator to set.

5Note: I try to cut it once it first starts to cool off and set up instead of waiting until it becomes colder. Its easier...
