Cathys Chocolate Fudge
3 pkgsemi-sweet chocolate chips
2 stickbutter (unsalted)
1 ptmarshmallow fluff
2 tspvanilla extract
1 largecan evaporated milk (fat free works well too)
4 1/2 csugar
2 cwalnuts (optional)
How to Make Cathys Chocolate Fudge
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a sauce pan bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil and make it boil for 12-15 minutes until it gets to the soft ball stage (med high).
- When ready pour hot mixture over the mixture in the large bowl. Stir in a folding motion but make sure to not beat.
