carmen's famous peanut butter fudge
this is a very simple and easy recipe, i make this every time i have an event i go to, my fried pies and this fudge are always the first to sell out, i hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 stick real butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon real vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 1/2 cups powder sugar
How To Make carmen's famous peanut butter fudge

Step 1spray an 8 x 10 pan place powder sugar in mixing bowl use cake paddle not whisk paddle

Step 2in a medium sauce pan, place butter, milk, and brown sugar, on medium heat, stir till ingredients are at a rolling boil, stop stirring and let boil for 2 minutes only

Step 3after two minutes, turn off and remove from heat and add vanilla, and peanut butter.

Step 4pour liquid in mixing bowl with powder sugar and stir with whisk, mix on low till well mixed, then place on med for about 2 minutes.

Step 5clean off paddle and using spatula pour into pan and smooth out, let cool and cut into 24 slices
