Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups water
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons white vinegar

How To Make wacky cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 3

Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
Step 4

Mix well.
Step 5

Spread into a greased and floured 13x9 cake pan.
Step 6

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
