My aunt served this cake while I was visiting family in North Carolina. I'll admit, I ate WAY TOO MANY servings! When I asked for the recipe she told me it was a closely guarded secret as it is a labor of love to prepare but would be happy to take time out of her schedule to "pen" the instructions for me. I received a text 30 seconds later!

- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons coconut flour
- 1 box butter pecan cake mix (betty crocker)
- 1 can coconut pecan frosting (betty crocker)

Step 1Add eggs, milk, coconut oil and coconut flour to large bowl. Mix well

Step 3Prepare Bundt pan, pour cake batter in pan. Bake at 325 for 55-60 min or until tester comes out clean
