Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup butter
- 1 box (1 pound) light brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can (10 ounce) tomato soup, undiluted
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
How To Make tomato soup spice cake

Step 1Stir first 6 ingredients together; set aside.

Step 2Cream butter. Gradually beat in brown sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.

Step 3Pour soup into 2 cup measuring cup; Add enough water to measure 2 cups.

Step 4Add 1/4 of the flour mixture to sugar mixture, then 1/3 of tomato soup mixture. Continue this process, so that you end up with flour mixture. Beat just till combined.

Step 5Stir in nuts and raisins.

Step 6Pour batter into a greased and floured 13X9 inch baking pan.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Frost with a cream cheese icing.
