Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups fresh berries
How To Make the australian fav. pavlova

Step 1whip egg whites until peeks form

Step 2add sugar whip until peeks form put parchment paper onto cookie pan then put mixture on pan even it out into a big circle shape(does not have to be perfect)

Step 3bake at 215f and for about 1hr 30min once done whip cream put on top of the pav and sprinkle berries on top
