How to Make The Australian fav. pavlova
- whip egg whites until peeks form
- add sugar whip until peeks form
put parchment paper onto cookie pan then put mixture on pan even it out into a big circle shape(does not have to be perfect)
- bake at 215f and for about 1hr 30min
once done whip cream put on top of the pav and sprinkle berries on top
- and ENJOY!
