1/4 cplus 2 tablespoons milk

1 boxconfectioners' sugar, sifted (1 pound)

1/2 cchopped pecans, toasted
How To Make texas sheet cake with frosting

1FOR THE CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, water, and cocoa in saucepan over medium heat; heat until butter melts.

2Add sugar, flour, salt, eggs, soda, sour cream, and vanilla; mix well

3Pour into a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Frost while still hot.

4FOR THE FROSTING: Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

5Add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla mix well with electric mixer.
