Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups self rising flour unsifted
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
- OPTIONAL
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 8 ounces package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make sunday rush cake

Step 1Mix all together.Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30-45 minutes. Frost if desired with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Step 2Cream Cheese Frosting: Mix together cream cheese and butter. Beat in sugar, salt and vanilla and almond extracts.

Step 3Enjoy. Add grated carrots as an option. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped walnuts on frosting as an option.
