Ingredients

  • THE CRUST
  • 1 pound pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • THE FILLING
  • 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can pie filling for topping (cherry,strawberry, raspberry, etc.)

How To Make sugar cookie cherry cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Press the cookie dough into an 8 inch springform pan and bake at 350 about 15 minutes until almost done.
  • Step 2
    Let cool.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar.
  • Step 4
    Add vanilla and one egg at a time, beating well.
  • Step 5
    Pour into crust.
  • Step 6
    Lower oven to 325 and bake 75-90 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  • Step 7
    Chill overnight in fridge and top with pie filling.
