strawberry upside down cake
I have made so many different variations of this cake. Just change up the jello to match the fruit. You can even change the cake flavor. I love it with chocolate cake with the strawberries.

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed fresh strawberries
- 1 package yellow cake mix (plus ingredients for cake)
- 1 package strawberry jellow (6 oz)
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
How To Make strawberry upside down cake

Step 1Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spread crushed strawberries on the bottom of a bundt pan. Evenly sprinkle strawberries with the dry gelatin powder, and top with mini marshmallows.

Step 3Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package, and pour on top of the marshmallows. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 to 50 minutes.

Step 4Cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Run a knife around the pan to loosen the sides, and turn the cake out onto a serving tray. Store cake in the refrigerator.

Step 5This can also be done in a 9x13 pan or two round cake pans.
