Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups fresh hulled sliced strawberries
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make strawberry upside down cake

Step 1In a 9 inch round pan pour 2 tbsp. melted butter. Top with brown sugar. Add sliced strawberries and set aside.

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over strawberries and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Step 3Remove from oven and allow to cool a bit. Turn out upside down onto serving plate. Top with whip cream if desired
