strawberry puddin' cake
This is another variation of my Southern Peach Puddin' Cake. The cake is so light and airy. Still so many options to try! Will keep you posted on different ones I try!! Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/3 cup oil
- 4 - egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 box cheesecake pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
How To Make strawberry puddin' cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Blend cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes.

Step 2Blend cold milk with pudding mix. Set to the side.

Step 3Once cake is done allow to cool completely. Place sliced berries over the top of the cake, I also drizzle the strawberry juices over this as well. Spread your pudding over the top of that and chill well. Enjoy!!
