This is another variation of my Southern Peach Puddin' Cake. The cake is so light and airy. Still so many options to try! Will keep you posted on different ones I try!! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 - egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 box cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

How To Make strawberry puddin' cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Blend cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Blend cold milk with pudding mix. Set to the side.
  • Step 3
    Once cake is done allow to cool completely. Place sliced berries over the top of the cake, I also drizzle the strawberry juices over this as well. Spread your pudding over the top of that and chill well. Enjoy!!
